"Differnt SIM dete..." after unlock....?

I have a 1.1.1 phone i used the jailbreak (jailbreakme.com) guide from the site then i installed Anysim and ran that.. it said it unlocked the phone but when i put my t mobile simcard it says "Different SIM detected please connect to itunes" ... any suggestions?

sounds to me like the phone was either activated by Apple (if they replaced a phone for you) or the phone was activated with an AT&T SIM card. Easy solution is just SFTP to the phone go to usr/libexec and replace the lockdown file with the patched 1.1.1 If you need it, email me [email protected] takes 5 seconds to fix

my uncle has been having thos problem forever!!! he is overseas for a week and so far just used his Att on roaming,cause the unlock wasent working.!

hey you just neeed to run 1.1.1. then use the virginizer and then anySIM and your phone will be unlock but when downgrade to 1.1.1. do not connect it to the itunes because it cannot be activated before unlocked
