could you help before i unlock my iPhone

i wanna ask about the version of iTunes that i should use to Jailbreak,Activate & unlock my iPhone.
i will use iLiberity+ on Pc (Vista).

i would also like to ask should i install cydia or installer ?
should i install the international support for iPhone 1.1.4 (I am using Vodafone Egypt)?

Finally, who could i findout my firmware and Bootloader before unlocking ?

Please answer me ASAP as i am getting my iPhone today.
