Need Some Serious Help Upgraded To 1.1.2. And Lost Everything

I hooked my phone up to itunes last night and it upgraded my fiirmware to 1.1.2. And now I have lost my installer, all the games, all my applications, etc. the phone is back to its original settings.

Can someone please instruck me on the HOW TOO to get it all back.

That's what happens when you do an update, and will happen every time you do an update. Apple doesn't recognize third party apps, so they don't make any contingencies to keep them around after an update.

Incidentally, all your stuff is still there. Its just that the displayorder.plists have been rewritten and your third party stuff is now invisible to the Springboard.
