I hooked my phone up to itunes last night and it upgraded my fiirmware to 1.1.2. And now I have lost my installer, all the games, all my applications, etc.

Someone Please Help

I hooked my phone up to itunes last night and it upgraded my fiirmware to 1.1.2. And now I have lost my installer, all the games, all my applications, etc. the phone is back to its original settings.

Can someone please instruck me on the HOW TOO to get it all back.
