4.02.13G . Can be unlocked ? on 1.1.1 or 1.0.2 Firm.

Hi all,
Iam new with this hole process. I have seen tons of guides, tried them but i dont understand something.
I have iphone with 4.02.13 Base. Aka (1.1.2.. i guess)...
week xxx47xx.
I downgraded to 1.0.2 and activated . but i can't unlock the Sim .
Because it doesn't work with 4.02.13G tried anySim 1.1.2U for the version . but it doesn't work its stuck .
now i also tried to flash the base to 3.4.x version but without a success.

Is it possible to unlock the Firm 4.02.13 on 1.0.2 Or 1.1.1 Version ?
Activation + SimUnlock ?

Please explain to me what to do ..

I don't think you really read the guides, maybe skimmed. Because in almost all of them they state that if you have a 1.1.2 OTB (out the box) it currently cannot be unlocked.
