    Default unlock on ATT

    is there any benefit to unlocking my jailbroken 1.1.2 phone, if i am an ATT customer and i have no intention of changing carriers?

    i have herd from some people that if u unlock u dont have to pay the extra fees for an iPhone. But it only changed my friends bill by $5 a month. Call AT&T and ask how much it would cost to get it normally
