Hi everyone,

My poor phone's been in a bind for a couple of weeks. Long story short, i tried to follow the guide to upgrade my 1.1.1 unlocked phone to 1.1.2 unlocked, screwed up, went through a bunch of upgrades and downgrades and am now stuck.

As I've got both an activated AT&T and Fido SIM, i've had a chance to do some mucking around. Most recently, I:
- downgraded from a locked 1.1.2 to 1.0.2
- attempted to virginize (which failed... see beow)
- just for kicks, tried running anySIM 1.2.1u under 1.0.2 (which gave me the "can't unlock this phone" message)
- finally restored back up to 1.1.2 (using iTunes); where i've still got a working AT&T iPhone (everything's fine, just no unlock... duh).

So the question is, why didn't the virginization work? I was ridiculously careful to follow the steps exactly, as failing to do so in the past has screwed things up. Here's the terminal readout from my virginization failure:
