Older sims may not work with Stealthsim...
While going thru the process of unlocking my iphone using a stealthsim I first tried using a sim from my oldest Tmobile account. I have had the service since they were Voicestream (about 5 years). The Stealthsim would not work and the iphone could not detect the sim.
I happened to have a newer phone with a newer sim. I tried that one and it worked perfectly.
The newer sims (at least with Tmobile) have the "T" symbol on the top and have a white bottom. The older sims "DO NOT" have the "T" symbol and have a green bottom.
Also, the layout of the connection points (gold layout on the bottom of the sim) is different between the new and the old sims.
I do not have access to other service providers sims but, wanted to share this experiment with all.
Have a good day...

This can be useful for those who still haven't gotten their iPhone's to work with stealthsim...maybe this is their problem.
Thanks for posting!

I went into the tmobile store today and told them I lost my sim card.
they were going to charge me 30.00 but, gave it to me for free due to being such a long time customer.
more like I give the 148.00 per month for a 4 line family plan.
good luck...
