I got 2 iPhone's this week with the same problem. Firstly backup all your contents on your iPhone, this includes your media etc if you want to. Then reboot your iPhone into Recovery Mode (Use ZiPhone or iLiberty to boot into Recovery Mode) and press the Shift key whilst pressing Restore in iTunes. Find the 1.1.4 firmware file, if you haven't downloaded it already, google it or use i.unlock.no for the download link. Let it restore, once it's done, download iLiberty. Then tick the necessary boxes, press Go! or whatever button it is.
