Stealth Sim/ Turbo Sim Reprograming question

What do you guys mean by Turbo Sim can be reprogramed but Stealth Sim cannot be. I've used the software method.... never gone hardware route. Can some one clear this

Stealth Sim/ Turbo Sim Reprograming question

What do you guys mean by Turbo Sim can be reprogramed but Stealth Sim cannot be.

I've used the software method.... never gone hardware route.

Can some one clear this up?

From what i gather Turbo Sim can be reprogramed for updates and Stealth can't where you going to be basically stuck with the version of the phone for life using Stealth Sim??
