Help required to Unlock Activated Iphone with Firmware 1.1.1 on Windows

Hi Guyz,

I have a iphone with firmware 1.1.1. Actually I got my iphone activated via iTunes by taking a contract for 2 yrs. And then after an hour, I have called AT&T and asked them to cancel my phone connection saying I got activated by mistake.

So, my iphone got activated and am able to use all applications in my iphone. Now I want to unlock that to use with a T-mobile SIM.

Can anyone of you please help me giving a guide / steps to unlock my iphone? And also can anyone tell me where will be the sim in Iphone (I guessed that it'll be on the top beside power button. I tried to take that out by pressing, but couldn't get that out !!!!) and how can I get that out?
