Sim what to do

have unlocked iphone using iliberty on the carrier it says 02 /orange/voda/tmo uk i want to use virgin do i need to have a virgin sim in when i unlock.

The SIM does not have to be in the phone when you unlock it. Unlike a Moto or Nokia, it does not matter.

However, I am unsure if Virgin Mobile is even GSM...I assume you are in the UK...might be different there tho.

if u r in the state and using virgin u wont be able to. its not a gsm sim compatible

now that i have installed everything
my sim doesn't work
its not recognizing my t mobile sim card
i can't call or do anything...what do i do?
