IPhone 1.1.1 wont unlock?

Okay, so heres what has happened so far. I had my IPhone on 1.1.2 working great, until one day something happened and it started acting up. I read somewhere else that the best way to fix it for good is to reflash it, so I repaired the phone in ITunes and put 1.1.1 back on it, and jailbroke it. Now its not letting me use anySIM on it to hack it. Is there a way to just put 1.1.2 on it and jailbreak it and use anysim, or am I doing something wrong?

downgrade to 1.0.2 ... use anysim 1.2.1u then upgrade to 1.1.1 .. jailbreak.
You won't get network signal on 1.1.1. install octoprep (then DO NOT reboot the phone) and then upgrade to 1.1.2 and jailbrake.

why are you running anysim if you phone is already unlocked doing a restore shouldn't re-lock the phone. You should just have to re activate it. What is you imei number? Are you using the jailbreakme.com tiff exploit to activate the phone on 1.1.1?
