I am on an iPhone 1.1.4 Unlocked. So...that means it is impossible for me to go on 2.0 till it is unlocked right? ANy of u guys in the same situation? Do you think 2.0 will be unlockable?

The 2.0 software will be unlocked on the 23rd July by George Hotz. (Not a prediction, this is DEFINITLY going to happen).

I may be wrong as I haven't kept up with the unlocking since I did 1.1.4, but it's my understanding that the Dev Team has a very good grasp on how 2.0 works. I'd imagine if not much changes at Apple (and I don't think it will) they'll unlock the firmware pretty damn fast.

Of course it has been inlocked. There is a "overseas" electronic store here in chgo, and they already have those 3G iphones for sale. Unlocked! But they want (brace yourself) $1500.00 !!!!!!! for 8Gig. Someone needs to shoot them!
