Can I update iTunes after 1.1.2?

Hi All,

I am thinking about updating my Phone to 1.1.2. Right now I have an Unlocked 1.1.1 Phone with iTunes 7.4.2 (On a Hackintosh, 10.4.10). The procedures I will follow are:

and then:

I see that having iTunes 7.4.2 is perfect for this upgrade, but my question is after the upgrade can I update iTunes to 7.5 without a problem?

Sorry if this has already been answered, I can't seem to find anything on this. The tutorials don't mention this either.
