Hi
I've got a 1.1.2 and have jailbreaked/ activated it without unlock (duh) because I want to at least have something to use for the money i've splashed out - the phone would be nice now, but have another mobile i can use in the meantime.. plus it seems it's only time before the unlock comes out.....
plus.... Coz we can :-)Unable to restore signature. Error (1015)

So you have a new phone, can still use att like some of us. Have full service, all apps, sms, youtube etc... and have all the apps from third party peeps.... thats why you would jailbreak a 1.1.2!!

All of them, games, entertainment, utility proggys etc.. Jailbreaking is very easy and allows us the opportunity to interact with the movement that caused Apple to bring out the SDK.. These people have worked hard and I enjoy several of thier programs. I like have the newest products out, within my budget of course, and having my iphone jailbroken allows me to have a little more flash and usability then just a run of the mill iphone...

Also because some people in the US, etc, that actually have legit accounts might want some of the 3rd party apps.
