noob question after unlock

this may be totally a noob question but i couldn't find the answer on the forums. when using anysim for unlock you have to set the "auto-lock" to never. does it need to stay at never or can i now turn it back to whatever setting i want for the screen to lock?

After anysim is install you can change it to however you like.
