Please Help: 1.0.2 Unlock Didnt Work, Do I Need To Virginize?

I have a 1.0.2 and the Modem Firmware is: 03.14.08.

I've used this method to unlock:

It worked successfully on 3 out of 4 iPhones though for the last one it doesn't seem to work. I followed all the instructions though once i completed it all the SIM card won't work. Its jailbroke successfully but the unlock didn't work.

I get messages that say 'Incorrect SIM' and when i turn it on the 'Slide to unlock' screen comes up.

Have I accidently made a mistake? Will I need to virginize it? If so can it be done through an App?

I don't think you need to do that it seems as maybe you missed a step I'm running 102 with the 4 baseband so maybe you missed a minor step remember to leave the sim out when you unlock

So I should just re-do everything? Or do I need it virginized to try it all over?
