help, ran anysim 1.1, now it asks to connect to iTune

Hi all,

My first post here, please bear with me.

Summary:
Virgin 1.1.1, activate AT&T, jailbreakme.com, Anysim 1.1
when I put an useless SIM in, it said "diff sim detected", "connect to itune".

Q1: it is still locked, right?

Q2: what should I do to unlock it?

Q3: I read some other forum. Someone suggests "restore" it to 1.1.1 and try again. Am I in a good state to just restore the phone through iTune with 1.1.1 fw. You know what I scare of, brick.

What is your baseband version??

it was a 1.1.1 virgin and activated with AT&T.
it is still
"version 1.1.1 (3A109a)"
"modem firmware 04.01.13G"
My serial # has "44", so I guess it is a 44th wk product.

BTW, I didnt' do any thing like call "*#307#" procedure. The phone was jailbreaked via jailbreakme.com. I'm not sure if it matters.

I was using a junk SIM. For those who has the phone unlocked, when you power on your phone, do it say anything about sim is diff?

I finally got a Tmobile SIm to test it. It is not unlocked. Now I'm not sure if I should run Anysim again or run onesim first.

Any clue?
