Have a Question about unlock from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1

hey guys i had a 1.0.2 unlocked and working with anysim and i made a mistake and did a shift retore to 1.1.1 and then i used the *# method to unlock and i ran anysim and it said successful but the phone says incorrect sim so i guess i did not revirginize the baseband..so my question is what should i do i just want to have an unlocked 1.1.1 phone..can you guys point me in the right direction thanks..
