Anysim for firmware 1.1.1

Hello im trying to unlock the iphone firmware1.1.1. and my modem firmware is 04.02.13_G. i have already jailbreak the phone. im using the anysim method. after anysim finish doing everything its says "please restart your phone anysim cannot unlock this phone" what should i do?? please help thank you.
