iphone needs a approved sim to activate

Accidently upgraded to v1.1.2.....tried downgrading to v1.1.1 through (Uber 1.1.1 unlocking (15 minutes) no down grading Mac or PC!)......I have access to Installer...but tried to instal something....error message pops out....Main script execution failed!....

Tried to restore v1.0.2,v1.1.1,v1.1.2.....It dint happen
Unknown error(1604)
Unknown error(1)

Sim card is not detected
Invalid Sim
This iphone must be activated through approved sim card!

You shouldnt repost. I have replied to youre previous thread follow the link in there for a guide. If you follow that exactly it should work.
