1.0.2 updated to 1.1.2 HELPPPPP

hello can someone help me pls?
i have a 1.0.2 and by mistake i update it to 1.1.2
then i downgraded it back to 1.0.2, jailbroken and activated
now the only problem is the unlocking, i want to be able to use any simcard i wish.

All you need to do is run anysim1.1.2u to unlock it in 1.0.2 then update it back to 1.1.1 and install oktoprep in installer and update it back to 1.1.2

how to do all that
cause i tried to run anysim 1.1.2u on the iphone with winstaller but i dont see the application the phone.
update it to 1.1.1 how?

listen i dont need to update it i just want to unlock it in this state, is it possbile?
my idea is just to unlock my iphone after my downgrade to 1.0.2/jailbreaking/activation
everything is working besides the simcard
