1.1.2 Help Please

Hi all, I got a friend who was using 1.1.1 iphonesimfree unlocked iphone and little he knows, he upgrades to the 1.1.2 so basically his phone is bricked. What can I do to downgrade 1.1.2 to 1.1.1 so unlock works again ??? Thank you and any kind of input is appreciated...

Thanks for the quick reply yet how does putting the phone in recovery mode help ??? So I just need to restore the phone to 1.1.1 without downgrading the baseband and it will work as unlocked??? Thanks...

not soo simple need to jailbreak and unlock it as well.
