I tried to take my iPhone to Apple today because it has developed a couple of faults, and they said they couldn't do anything because they had no record of it being activated on the O2 network (I unlocked, jailbroke and activated using iPhone)..
Is there anything I can do? I was hoping for a swap.
yeh sign up for a prepaid plan, not sure how O2 works seeing im in US and use att, but restore and such, and just tell them you got it as a gift and havnt activated it yet. they will not give you new phone cuz you scratched it, but they will for actuall problems like screen dosent work no sound yada yada
