Deactivate: How?
|
My iPhone's got 1.1.1 installed, jailbroken, unlocked, using an AT&T Pay as you go SIM. In a couple days here, I'm going to want to activate the actual SIM that came with the iPhone but since the phone was activated during jailbreaking, I can't get to the activation screen in iTunes.
My question is this: what is the best way for me to deactivate? I'm willing to restore the iPhone to 1.1.1 (I'm not willing to go to 1.1.2 just yet...) so that I could get it into a deactivated and jailed state, but will a restore wipe the unlock? Should I run oneSIM before the restore? I'm not sure on how to go about doing this.
Also, once restored and activated on the iPhone SIM, will unlocking with anySIM prevent the phone from deactivating when putting another SIM in the phone?
Thanks.
Anyone?
