A 64000$ question!!
Is an Iphone with 1.1.1 activated and unlocked using Itunes and At&t sim card and a legit account considered as virgin?
No other unlocking app ever been used, only jailbroken and installerapp installed.
Is it safe to use anysim or THE OTHER ONE to free it?

i am sorry but are you retarded? i must say no more.
the iPhone has/had been able to jailbreak before the Touch/ipod. That is how the iPhone is able to be unlocked and modded via the apps that can be added from ssh or other methods..
that above is confusing but yet it is 2.30am

Almost all of you are mistaken (except 1 or 2 who merely did not quite explain clear enough)
Jailbreak / Jailbroken = Read & Write acess to the filesystem. Out of the box you are "Jailed" into a specific directory of the iphone, and unable to acess, let alone read & write priviledges, to the rest of the filesystem.
Unlocking = Making your phone accept non AT&T sim cards.
You have to jailbreak before you can unlock, because you need read & write priviledges to the filesystem in order to unlock it, but you do not have to unlock in order to jailbreak. if you are using an AT&T sim, you have no reason to unlock, and merely want to jailbreak so that you can access the filesystem for adding 3rd party applications ect ect.
And no, if you have jailbroken your phone, it is NOT a virgin.
