Help needed..

OK..here is my situation.

I bought an unlocked iPhone from eBay two months ago. I don't know the unlocking software used, and I currently have the 1.0.2 firmware.

What I want my iPhone to have:

Most current firmware possible
Unlocked
Choice of custom apps

I've been lurking around for a little bit, and I can't find guides specific to my situation.

I'm willing to pay 30 USD for someone to guide me to achieve the things I want with my iPhone. I can pay in advance if you are trustworthy member, or use a trustworthy member as a middle man.

I more thing, Do Not Update to firmware 1.1.2, no unlocking software for it yet. Only update to 1.1.1

I'm doing it right now. However, I'm having problems with this step:

I don't understand the community sources part.

Community sources will add more sources to your iphone, from those sources it will get the apps you need onto the installer for you to install.

Tap on the installer icon on your iphone screen, tap the install screen on bottom 2nd to left, then package, look to what they told you and install it.

Um.....how do I get the 1.1.1 firmware? iTunes only gives allows me to update to 1.1.2...

1.1.1 is here, save it to your destop or somewhere you'll remember

Sync your phone to iTunes then hold Shift while clicking update on iTunes, still holding down shift search for the 1.1.1 file and click it to run on iTunes, now you can let go of shift. After iTunes is done you should be on 1.1.1

Two questions:

1.
I just installed a lot of programs...and I thought that the "Launcher" program would allow me to launch "Installer" from there. I was mistaken. So now, I've "lost" the Installer program is there any way I can open it?

2.
I've decided to stick with 1.0.2 for now, as I don't see too much incentive to upgrade to 1.1.1. I can't seem to install Summer Board on mine through the Installer. So...that means I can't install themes right?
