unlocking question

So i did the jailbrakeme.com and go that working. Know i'm trying to unlock my phone. I going by this website http://iphone.unlock.no/ . On the Unlock the SIM-lock section step # 7, it tells me to go to the "Unlocking Tools" category. AND my question is...Where can i find that category?? I've been looking for it for more than and hour.

Did you install community sources?

i think you have to add i.unlock.no as a source in the installer,
click edit, then click add..

then it will appear after a refresh
