bootneuter how to?

ok I'm trying to relock my phone before either it gets shipped to Apple or go into the store I know they are going to check it in the store for water damage and unlocked so I need to relock it and take the jailbreak off I was told to use bootneuter but I'm a noob so I don't know how to install it I need step by step instuctions please help I think i want to go into the store so I need it like a new iphone no moding on it I tried izphone but refurbish is not on v3.0 so help me out please if you could give me a link to where I can find iphone 2.0 or you can pm it to me
