Unlocking,activate,jailbreak with pwnagetool for mac?

hey i was thinking about getting an iphone and i just had a fiew questions about it(thanks in advance for everyones help). first off i would want to use the mac pwnagetool as it seems to be the safest and best choice, when i do use it what are the settings i should check (unlock baseband, activate, bootneuter...) and after using the pwnage tool will all features work (like phone calls, wifi, google maps locate me...) i am in canada and would be using rogers so i need the phone to be able to work just like it would on AT&T. thanks again for the help i really do appreciate it!

I did and all of my phones functions are working without problems.
