iphone screen flickering

Hi all,

I got this problem with the iphone screen that is flickering.
I got the iphone for 2 weeks and now suddenly the screen starts to flicker, it happens randomly, for example when the apple logo is shown or much later. I also get these yellow, blue red colors like a sattelite tv which is malfunctioning.
I need to reset the phone in order to reset the flickering.
Firmware = 1.0.2
Could it be it has something to do with unlocking the phone?

anyone got an idea? is it a software or hardware problem?

just do a restore and upgrade to 1.1.1

Now i'm trying to unlock the phone with this procedure:

But i'm stuck with the wifi network, i can't connect to any network cause they're all secured with a password. Isn't there another way to get on the internet or to get the needed files?

put into dfu mose restore DO NOT UNLOCK AFTER RESTORING! and if problem still there take out your sim and if you have the att sim that came with it put that in take it to apple and tell them that you were syinning your music DONT EVER SAY IT WAS IN THE UPGRADE

The problem is i'm not from the US, so i can't return the iphone in an apple store.
