Iphone with swapped sim cards from At&t to send pics

Hey guys i need your help. I currently have At&t I have a Razor and Iphone. I put Razor sim card into iphone and it works. Edge works also. The iphone is unlocked and jailbroken ZiPhone. But i want to send pictures with swirly mms. I get "The network reported: service denied (pe)" . What is the reason for this? My setttings are MMSC: mmsc.cingular.com and Proxy : 066.209.011.032

What can i do now to get this fixed ?

Nothing at&t has block that function on the iPhone....

my sim card is from a razor, which can do pics, at&t thinks its a razor

I try it to with my V9 sim card, and it still do not work for me....
