No outgoing calls

I unlocked my iPhone (1.0.2) and it workrd fine for a while, however I can no longer make calls. After I dial, it immediatelly gives a busy signal. I can receive call fine, but no outgoing calls. Can someone help me please

same here, wonder if there is some sort of counter to disable the iphone after sometime??? please helpppppp.

my iphone finally worked. All I did is to go to setting>phone>show my caller ID> ON. then turned phone off and on. and was able to make outgoing calls pretty good.
