Help with unlock in India

Well since I don't want to spend a fortune using my ATT service here in India (never unlocked legit iPhone), and pre-paid SIM cards are extremely cheap, I figured I could come on here and learn how to make an Airtel SIM work on my phone. I've tried looking through some of the guides, but I must admit that I'm pretty overwhelmed. All I want to do is be able to buy an Airtel SIM, make it work on my iPhone, and then go back to my normal ATT SIM when I return to the States in a few months. What would be the easiest way to do this? My iPhone is running version 1.1.4

Hi, well there r currently 3 unlocking solutions out there which are pretty simple.
1. Ziphone
2. iLiberty+
3. Pwnage

Pwnage would only work if you have a mac. I would suggest that you download iLiberty+ from http://ipluspwns.com/?q=node/144 and then follow the guide at http://ipluspwns.com/?q=node/139.
