Red Badge over Phone App, but i dont have/pay for VM?!

So i got my iPhone on Tuesday and unlocked it with Ziphone 3.0 on Windows Vista and now theres that red badge over the phone app all the time, and i dont even have voicemail... like i dont pay for voicemail.

So i've read all the threads about if you have voicemail how to activate it, btw im on Rogers Wireless.
So does anyone know how to make it disapear, like it works for missed calls it says 1+ but other than replacing it with a transparent .png how can i get rid of it.
