    Exclamation Help please

    So i downloaded the Tlert realized it was a trial so i then went back and uninstalled in from my iphone 4. Now i want to reinstall it and it is giving me a "Cannot Comply" error and i am not sure how to fix this or get around it. Any help would be grateful.
