na it only works with any att(cingular) sim..other than that u have to unlockmod edit, old signature removed

Do you know if this works even without the plans they have meaning I could use my current plan and it would work

yea if u have an exsisting att or cingular sim it will work work on ur iphonemod edit, old signature removed

yea it does work since it's the same carrier and u dont have to have hte iphone plan to use it Think Different

Before you upgraded to 1.1.1 did you activate with your Cingular card (using iNdependance or something?). Would be interested to know your setu before you upgraded.
I'm not suprised the card works but I don't think it will activate via iTunes with a Cingular card...
I'm using a Cingular Gophone card on 1.0.2 - works fine, no unlocking needed, but I had to use iNdependance to activate.
