ATT has throttled my unlimited plan (what else is new). Instead of resetting my new month to Zero, they are now throttling me to speeds below 0.04 bits per second. Making my phone unusable outside of WiFi. After some time with Customer UNservice, they said I needed a New SIM card and that the old one is now damaged. Really??

I trust ATT as far as I can throw them, but can they Spy on me with a newer card? They said I can only get my speeds back with a new card. Has anyone done this? And if so, was your jailbreak unaffected?
