iPhone 4s (Serious Question)
I have 2 iPhones. One AT&T 16GB white(NEW). An the one i'm using now 16GB Black AT&T. If I took out the sim card and put it into the new factory sealed AT&T one. Would it work? Also if I wanted to sell my black one could I get it unlocked while still on the contract and just put the sim in my new white one?

I have a guy who offered me 300$ for my black. Could he just use his AT&T sim card to put in the phone or ? What would I have to do?

I think it will work the contract is with AT&T so if he has one with them I will work pull it old sim out his phone and put it in this one. Thats what I did. Had an iPhone 4 on AT&T and got me a 4s and just pulled sim out of the 4 and put it in the 4s and works perfect.
