Really thinking about using the death excuse for Iphone 5

This is what I plan on doing to At&t. I already have a iphone 4 with At&t and I wanna get the 5th one when it comes out, but I don't want to be locked in to paying for 2 years of ridiculous service. So the main accountant holder is under my dads name. I plan on calling customer service and telling them that my son died. And if they ask it was in a car accident. And if they ask for a certificate of death. I would say. Well I'm really going through a rough patch right now and this is really the last thing I want to be doing. But if you need it how do I go about getting it to you. Hopefully they will ask me to fax the document to them. The picture of the rough-draft is at the top, but I'm gonna work my Photoshop skills and make it super legit. Theirs only one line and the account holder is my dad. Basically I'm pretending to be my dad and close out the accountant for good. What do you guys think?
