Children. There's a fine line between innocence and impudence. Lol this is all just so silly though.
I mean, what would your dad think of you if he ever knew that he raised a child who looks at death so lightheartedly, to attempt to manipulate someone else with the concept, for a cell phone? If you faked your death to get money for charity, maybe someone will turn the other cheek but for a cell phone...that's half hilarious and half silly.

Not an attorney, however, if you do get in some deep dodo be prepared. Make a video documenting everything narrated by yourself showing yourself in it and give it to a "friend" for safe keeping. If the popo come and take you away, have your "friend" upload the video to YouTube where it is sure to go "hyper-viral". Next stop will be your video on all of the nightly national news outlets as the first person to die by "iPhone". With all the publicity your attorney may be able to get your case dismissed because you cannot get a "fair trial" as a result of all the publicity. Cool!
Jailbreak: A forcible escape from jail.

WOW YOU GUYS ARE........ I don't know but hey I give the kid props!!!! Original and he is ready with a document, way to go. Do you all forget way back when jailbreaking was illegal. Let me guess you all don't speed ethier. Hey - good idea, there could be a chance of you may get caught but what is the likelyhood of AT&T calling the local court house and verifying it? Slim to none. I live in a state that allows me to tint all my windows in my truck - including he front windshield if I have medical reasons that fit. Well I paid the fee and did it legally for 4 of my vehicles - since thenI have sold and replaced 3 of the cars...... so instead of paying the state another whatever dollars I copied/photoshoped and printed new certificates for my new cars and you know what..... THEY WORK. I have been pulled over a few times and everytime they worked. They dont go to the state capital and go check..... nope they look at it and say thank you sir and send me on my way.
Like the old saying goes....
No one ever achieved greatness by playing it safe!!!!!

I think the kid is long gone since this discussion.

Sure is an old topic unless he held out for this long haha.

What's the plan if someone who works for them reads this post? That is considered fraud, highly illegal.

First of all, you are a POS for even thinking of doing this.
Secondly, this looks nothing like an official death certificate. If I was working at that store I would call the police on you, which leads me to number 3,
Have fun putting your "iPhone 5" on silent as you walk into court on felony charges.
The fact that you are actually thinking of this makes me have almost no faith in humanity whatsoever.
You are a *****.
