I recently recieved and email from att for tethering, so I called and tried to play it off, but then they started naming off sites that I viewed and downloaded from the previous week, I asked how they knew this and the csr said if you've updated any app within the past 6 months it also installed an underlying program to track content viewed.

Wow if thats true thats just unconstitutional and down right grimey! Anyone know what thus said underlying app is suoposed to be?
