I upgraded to 4.3.1 from 4.0 and I can't send group SMS or single mms. I've contacted ATT and they confirmed that I do have ip4 on there network. I've reset network settings and rebooted with no luck. I've also check mms message and group enabled in messaging settings. What can I do to fix this?
im going to ATT to swap out the sim card doing lunch. hopefully this will resolve the problem.
problem solved i had the ATT csr in store send a text package update. they temp change my texting package to another package and then switched it back to unlimited texts. viola.. i instantly got 73 group text which was missing from the weekend.
