Calls not going through/Not receiving calls after Jailbreak?

I just JB my phone 3 days ago and I noticed that there are some calls that go through but there are some that doesn't when I call (I tested it out) and sometimes when I call my phone with a different phone, some calls don't even give me a missed call.


What could be the reason for this?

I have similar problems (iPhone 4/BB 01.59.01/4.2.1/JB/unlocked via ultrasn0w 1.2.1). Some calls just seem to go straight to Voicemail without ringing.

I also have a huge problem with Visual Voicemails not showing up until I power-cycle the device, which is REALLY annoying. But when I mentioned it on my Facebook Wall, some of my friends said they've had similar problems, and they aren't Jailbroken much less JB + unlocked ... so, go figure?!
