How do I know if my Fan discount was added to my account.

Do I really have to wait 2 months until I see my bill if it's discounted or not?

I waited for 2 months for mine to kick in. I then called and they re-added it and took another 2 months before it kicked in. It all depends.

I think it's registered. Today I called customer support and after I enter my wireless number it re directed me to premier customer support.

It usually takes between one & two billing cycles to kick in. The FAN I had on my postpaid account took two cycles before the discount became effective.

IIRC if the FAN was applied correctly it should show the FAN number somewhere on OLAM.

It does intact take 1-2 billing cycles and if you applied for it with an email address you should receive a confirmation from AT&T, you also could have a store check if it shows on your account, we can only see it though if it has been applied.

It does take awhile to show on your account.

It is discounts that corporations get. Like the company I work for gets 23% discount from ATT and a few other mobile companies. (I think it is 23 might be between 20 and 25.)

So if you show proof that you work at said company then you get a discount added to your billing. Ask your HR about if they offer discounts for cell providers.

It varies between companies. Used to be 17% before we got bought out by larger company.

Well my FAN discount was applied to my first bill. But my question is will I be able to keep it?

I activated a iPhone 2G, for about 3 hours then went back to my 3GS.

Yea, it doesn't matter what phone you are using. Well kinda. The discount does not count towards iphone related addons. Like the data plan.

Well I was just curious because When I activated the iPhone 2G
It said on iTunes that no discounts are eligible for my line.
