yes. Ventura, CA. We virtually have a 3g Signal everywhere in town but I was wondering if were part of that 80% 3g footprint ATT deployed HDSPA+ in.

yes that is true but seriously At&t sometimes makes it hard whether its with their shipping time or their customer service.
