Can't send or Receive Picturs or Video OS4

I upgraded to the OS4 and re-jailbroke my phone but now I am unable to receive or send pictures or videos although the rest of my MMS works. Any ideas? I have ATT&T and a 3GS phone running OS 4.0.1

Do you have ultrasn0w installed? if so delete you are on Att no need to unlock

I have no desire to jailbreak my phone but my camera icon has disappeared within my txt window. Also I no longer get an option to txt a pic or MMS it to another phone. Been since I upgraded the firmware. I have tried everything but a restore. Someone help! [email protected]

Settings> Messages>Turn MMS to On
