ATT + iPhone 4 (Unlimited Data Plan) + MyWi + iPad wifi = carrier charges?

quick question for those who have a similar setup.

i have an iPhone 4, jailbroken with jailbreakme.com on 4.0.1 and MyWi (i have other tether apps from cydia too) which I havn't actually used yet as well as an iPad 16gb wifi.

my question is, if I use MyWi (or any other cydia tether app) on my iPhone with the unlimited data plan (i am grandfather'd in from my 3gs' unlimited data plan) will ATT charge me a tethering fee even if I don't use their official tethering app or whatever it is that they do? or will they not even know i was tethering because I am not using their official solution?

As long as you don't go crazy downloading a whole bunch of stuff and just stick to surfing the net you should be fine.

Correct. They only see it as the iPhone using data, not ultimately what you're doing with it.
