Mess with ATT 7.0 Carrier File= No MMS??????

Any help would be appreciated,
I recently was trying to edit the .plist file in my carrier bundle for att 7.0 on my 3gs on 4.0 and now no mms.
i read somewhere that if the bundles aren't signed then it wont load so anyone have any advice on what to do??
i tried searching for the 7.0 file but to no avail. is restoring my only option?

You need the commcentet patch for the version iOS you're on to be able to configure the carrier.plist and not disable it...
